Who can enter the promotion?
Entry is only open to Australian residents (excluding NT) aged 18 years and over.
The site isn’t loading, what should I do?
So you’ve followed the instructions leading you to the website and the site isn’t loading? Well, there are a few things you can try. First, check if your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable.
If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.

How do I access the Pick Jacks Pocket promotion?
You’ll need to scan the QR code on promotional material or visit pickjackspocket.jackdaniels.com and follow the entry instructions.
What do I need to do to enter?
You’ll need to follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details, upload a photo of their purchase receipt and submit the fully completed entry form. Entrants will be notified instantly on screen, in writing, whether they have won an instant prize.

What I need to purchase to win any of the prizes?
To be eligible to enter, you must, in a single transaction, spend $25 or more on any Jack Daniel's product at a participating BWS store.
What is a proof of purchase?
To prove proof of purchase you will need to upload a photo of your purchase receipt. The purchase receipt must clearly specify the Eligible Product purchased, the Participating Store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
Please note: Order confirmations are not valid proof of purchase receipts and will not be accepted.
How many times can I enter the promotion?
You are able to enter on multiple occasions, subject to the following:

only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount spent on Eligible Products in that Qualifying Transaction in excess of $25);

each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements;

only one (1) entry per person per day; and
-
a maximum of ten (10) entries per person
How will I receive my prizes?
The instant prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission. You will then receive a confirmation email and will be asked to claim your prize.
Are there any special conditions to my prize?
Yes, there are special conditions for all prizes. Please check the full Terms and Conditions in the ‘Prize Conditions’ section for this information.
